Liaise with sponsors, volunteers, and donors, managing volunteer rosters, thank-you letters, and other communications
Assist in planning, logistics, and resource management for events (e.g. uniform and stationery functions) and initiatives
Support the Communications Manager to ensure social media content is effective and assist in photo storage and selection
Coordinate repairs, maintain service provider records, manage supplies, and organize donations
Submit legal and tax requirements, maintain organisational records, and handle general administration tasks
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered
Previous administrative experience is essential
Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word is required
Experience with Canva would be ideal
High attention to detail and the ability to manage deadline.
A valid drivers license is essential, preferably with access to your own vehicle
