Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with sponsors, volunteers, and donors, managing volunteer rosters, thank-you letters, and other communications
  • Assist in planning, logistics, and resource management for events (e.g. uniform and stationery functions) and initiatives
  • Support the Communications Manager to ensure social media content is effective and assist in photo storage and selection
  • Coordinate repairs, maintain service provider records, manage supplies, and organize donations
  • Submit legal and tax requirements, maintain organisational records, and handle general administration tasks
Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree preferred, though relevant experience will be considered
  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word is required
  • Experience with Canva would be ideal
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage deadline.
  • A valid drivers license is essential, preferably with access to your own vehicle
