Job Summary JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Scanning Documents General queries Answering telephone
  • General office duties
  • Liaising with courier companies for collections and deliveries
  • Quotations when client requires
  • Communication with clients when required
  • Compile and submit permit applications
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Attention to detail accuracy & able to multitask.
  • MUST Fluent in English & Afrikaans
  • Strong communication skills Computer Literacy
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Able to think outside the box
  • Ability to work independently
  • Valid driver license with own transport
  • Matric
  • Punctual
  • Dependable
  • Trustworthy
