Job Overview
The Administrator will support the day-to-day operations of our Cape Town visa processing office. The role involves handling client documentation, assisting with visa submissions, providing basic customer service, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This is an entry-level role suitable for someone who is organised, reliable, and able to follow standard operating procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with completing visa application forms and required documentation.
Capture client information accurately on internal systems.
Prepare and organise files for visa submissions.
Ensure all documents meet the specific requirements for the relevant embassy/consulate.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in client enquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage daily office workflow.
Maintain filing systems and update application tracking sheets.
Liaise with consultants and senior staff regarding missing or outstanding documents.
Perform general office duties such as printing, scanning, emailing, and maintaining stationery stock.
Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of personal documents.
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12).
Basic computer literacy (MS Word, email).
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
Previous administration or customer service experience is an advantage but not required--training will be provided.
