to join our Administration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, supporting operational efficiency and ensuring accurate record-keeping across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, correspondence, and record management.
Monitor and record all petty cash payments and receipts for operations staff.
Verify contract details, spelling, and supporting documentation (including Service Level Agreements - SLAs).
Ensure all code changes are processed accurately and updated promptly in the system.
Monitor alarm signals and "fail to test" notifications, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions are taken and fully logged.
Assist with report preparation, data capturing, and required documentation.
Provide administrative support to the operations department and other departments as needed.
Perform any other general administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Requirements
1-3 years previous experience in an administrative role.
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in documentation and data entry.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
