We're Hiring: Administrator (3-Month Contract) - Cape Town CBD ?
 Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with strong admin skills? We're looking for an Administrator to join a dynamic team based in the Cape Town CBD on a 3-month contract. 
Key Responsibilities: 
 Onboard new merchants (Sellers and Suppliers) onto the booking portal
 Data capturing
 Any ad hoc reporting required for the business
 General administration duties
 Training Support
 Tracking and Escalation 
 Output: (What are you expected to deliver within the scope of your role) 
 Accurate Merchant Onboarding
 Ensure all new sellers and suppliers are eff ectively onboarded onto the booking portal with complete and accurate information
 Deliver monthly/weekly onboarding status updates
 Maintain error-free records of sellers 
 Deliver regular updates to ensure information is always current
 Timely and Accurate Reporting
 Efficient Response to Customer Issues
 Ensure all customer service tickets are allocated and processed within SLA timelines
 Track and report unresolved issues requiring escalation
 Document and Workfl ow Management
 Improved Communication with Sellers
 Respond to queries from merchants related to onboarding, bookings, and portal usage promptly
 Circulate onboarding guides and FAQs to minimize seller challenges
 Adherence to Deadlines
 Ensure all assigned administrative duties are completed on time and meet expectations
 Monitor internal workfl ows and suggest process adjustments to improve efficiency in administrative operations
 Coordination Across Teams

 Exceptional organizational and compliance and administrative skills
 Have a keen eye and attention to detail
 Must be able to work under pressure and high workloads from time to time 
 Must be able to think outside of the box and be proactive in your approach to your responsibilities
 A Solutions-oriented and attention to detail - qualitatively (written SOPs and email structure) and quantitatively (charts and tables)
 Versatile and with an appetite to learn from the experience of others and independently through experimentation and research
 Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, but also maintain a focus on ranked priorities with the highest strategic impact
 Must be knowledgeable on Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace 
Minimum Requirements: 
 Matric (Grade 12) required 
 1-2 years of administrative experience 
 Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint & Google Workspace 
 Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
