It All Starts With You To provide general assistance on all HR related issues to the operations team as well line managers for a specific area and to provide administrative assistance to line managers with all HR processes and queries regarding recruitment, on-boarding, staff movements and exiting. What You'll Give Our Business

  • Recruitment Support
    • Maintain report to monitor Headcount
    • Maintain recruitment files and general administration thereto
    • Booking interviews of candidates
    • Follow up and drive recruitment processes with Resourcing Consultant
    • Manage first day process with new Employee hires
  • Employee Exits and Movements
    • Manage in conjunction with Line Manager the exit process on the HR portal
    • Follow and manage the full administration process with the Line Manager
    • Assist Ex-Employees with Certificates of Service
  • Payroll Administration and Reward
    • Assist in the maintenance of the org structure on SAP
    • Identify and coordinate Long Service Awards
    • Facilitate and follow administrative process with Bankmed Medical Aid, Pension Fund, Maternities, Disability declations and Long Service Awards
  • Managing HR Environment
    • Coordinate all administrative controls with regard to HR strategies, policies and procedures, Employee survey’s, change management and reporting
  • Employee Relations
    • Assist in compiling discipline case files
  • Performance Development- Line function is to capture PD on SAP
  • Coordinating FAIS and proper qualifications
    • Assist line manager with the FAIS determination process and uploading onto SAP system

Essential/Basic Qualifications Requirements
  • National Diploma in Banking (NQF5 FSB accredited equivalent or higher)
  • 1yr HR experience
  • Strong time management and attention to detail skills
  • Call Centre Experience an advantage
  • 1 Year SAP experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Clear Criminal Record
