Position Overview:
The purpose of the position is to assist the Administration Manager with operations and administration functions. To ensure that the business metrics are met.

Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver's license (at least 2 years old)
Computer literate (advance level)
An excellent command of the English language is essential, both verbal and written
Job Outputs:
Maintaining daily, weekly & monthly reports.
Maintaining travel arrangements.
Compiling travel recons.
Maintaining training registers weekly & monthly.
Maintaining management meeting minutes (monthly and quarterly)
Uniforms (liaising with suppliers & all branches)
Filing
Assisting with the courier.
Vetting Outsource partners
Payroll consolidation
