HYTORC South Africa, a global leader in industrial bolting solutions, is seeking a
highly skilled Administrator
to join our dynamic team. If you're detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong SAP and Excel skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain administrative systems and processes
Handle data entry, reporting, and document control using inhouse ERP System
Create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards in
Microsoft Excel
Support internal departments with processing, inventory, customer services and logistics
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Provide exceptional support to the Management team and wider team
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role (3+ years preferred)
Proficiency in
SAP
preferred (but not essential)
Advanced
Excel
skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Customer Service Orientated
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy
