Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally. Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes. Assist with document preparation, reports, and presentations. Support internal teams with administrative tasks and project coordination. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills and Competencies
Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
B Degree / equivalent qualification -
advantageous
Minimum National Senior Certificate * 2-3 years' experience in a similar position
