Administrative Supervisor (sales & Order Processing)

Job Description
Job Summary This individual will be responsible for supervising and driving the full administrative function for their sales & order processing team, including but not limited to:
- Oversee the team's workflow
- Liaise with key clients regarding orders
- Performing the full order process from order capturing to invoicing
- Coordinating dispatch and delivery requirements
- Conducting timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues
- Completed matric
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
