Supervise and support the administrative team to ensure effective daily operations
Allocate, monitor, and review administrative workloads and priorities
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of administrative tasks
Oversee document control, filing systems, and record management
Implement and maintain administrative policies, procedures, and controls
Act as a liaison between administration, finance, sales, and production teams
Review and approve administrative documentation, reports, and correspondence
Assist with order processing, invoicing, and stock-related administration
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to administrative staff
Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) essential
Relevant administrative or business qualification advantageous
Minimum 46 years experience in an administrative role, with at least 12 years in a supervisory or team lead capacity
Strong organisational, planning, and leadership skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Advantageous Experience
Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or mining-related environment
Exposure to invoicing, stock control, procurement, or financial administration
Experience working with ERP or accounting systems
Process improvement or workflow management experience
