Qualifications:
High school diploma (matric) or equivalent qualification. Prior experience in an administrative role within the tourism and hospitality sector, preferably in a travel agent environment. Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online booking systems. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in managing bookings and travel-related documentation. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanour. Customer-focused approach and the ability to provide outstanding service to clients. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Must reside in the Franschhoek or Paarl area.
