Core Responsibilities (Flexible & Project-Based)
Your primary mission will be to ensure seamless administrative and operational support. Responsibilities may evolve rapidly based on company needs and your demonstrated strengths:
Executive & Team Support: Manage complex emails, calendars, and appointments for executives or team members.
Communication & Coordination: Communicate effectively with clients and professional partners, coordinating schedules and managing correspondence.
Data & Document Management: Handle data entry, document creation, file organization, and administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
Customer Service & Engagement (Core Function): Assist in handling customer service inquiries via email, chat, or phone. This is our foundational function, and success here may lead to specialization.
Research & Due Diligence: Conduct in-depth research on various topics, compiling and summarizing information, and assisting with due diligence, corporate, and compliance-based services for industry professionals.
Project Management: Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning as needed, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support business operations.
