Minimum Requirements
3
years office and administrative experience
Proficiency
in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience in Sage One Accounting software for quotes, invoicing and statements
Strong
attention to detail
Have
the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
Use
own initiative and be self-motivated
Good telephone etiquette
Strong
administrative and numeracy skills
Be
able to work independently and under pressure
Must be professional, honest,
organized and have good work ethic
