About the Role:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support the smooth running of daily business activities. This role is central to keeping processes on track, ensuring information flows efficiently and helping the wider team stay focused and productive. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, follow-through and problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Track all tasks, deliverables and deadlines across teams to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Support operations by keeping workflows moving and escalating bottlenecks when needed.
  • Maintain and update systems, databases and tracking sheets.
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, documentation and coordination.
  • Ensure consistent communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an operations, project coordination or administrative support role.
  • Background in supporting teams handling transactions, finance or professional services.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and keep tasks moving forward.
  • Confident, proactive, and able to follow up effectively with team members.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Google Suite, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Experience building and maintaining tracking systems.
