The Western Cape Mobility Department, Western Cape Government (WCG) has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to render an administrative service for verification and inspection regarding Operating Licensing and Permits (OLP). The successful incumbent must be able to work under pressure, willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines.
Minimum Requirements
3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1 year relevant administrative support experience in a Provincial Regulatory Entity (PRE) service delivery or similar working environment.

Conduct administrative verifications; Conduct physical inspections and consultations; Rendering of administrative support services; Compile first draft submissions/reports, presentations and take minutes.

Remuneration
R 325 101 - R 382 959 per annum (Salary level 7)
Note on remuneration in addition service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
Notes
Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit documentation for verification purposes and criminal record vetting. These candidates will be required to do a practical and attend interviews on a date and time determined by the department and may also be required to undergo competency assessments/proficiency tests. The selection process will be guided by the EE targets of the employing department.
