Job Summary Qualifications, skills and experience: Relevant degree in the fields of Business Administration, Public Relations Management or Executive Secretariat A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative/administration/accounting office/procurement coordination or related area User knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and other packages. Proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese and English TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To support the team in their respective fields of responsibility to achieve institutional strategic objectives To support business operations and practices, and the development of insight into company goals and strategies To act as a liaison officer between the Business Manager in Mozambique, the Market Development Managers, Regulatory Affairs, and Field Officers, and other staff To project a professional image of the company to third parties and colleagues through, among others, effective and efficient communication To provide secretarial and administrative services to the office Provide support to business development in Mozambique by keeping constant communication with agricultural entities, customers and partners, and take part in customer campaigns and marketing events Handle payments for goods and services, relations with banks and handle other payments as and when required Act as a liaison officer while maintaining compliance with the company's standards and operating protocols Liaise with suppliers of goods and service providers, tracking invoicing, payments, and collecting the corresponding accounting documentation. Collect and distribute wage, social security and tax confirmations and certificates to employees Assist with distributors, current account holders in data recording, import licenses, tracking and reporting product flow, sales and in bidding processes with our products. Effectively manage and coordinate the calendar of events and agendas, planning and reporting, in liaison with the respective internal and external stakeholders Organize trips for staff (domestic and international), and company visitors to Mozambique, prepare itineraries according to group policy, coordinate visa issuance, make transportation or transfer arrangements Manage consumables, equipment, inventory, and general office cleanliness.
