Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Assist with capturing quotations, sales orders and invoices
Assist with walk-in cash sale customers
Reconcile, maintain and scan sales documents onto the system
Maintain document registers
Assist with Trade references
Assist with telesales as and when required.
Chase up on outstanding Debtors when required.
Purchasing:
Process all inventory SIs on Pastel
Confirm and receive incoming orders when required.
Reconcile, maintain and scan purchase order documents onto the system.
Capturing of inter-warehouse stock movements.
Production Admin:
Recon and scan production batch cards onto the system and update the production schedule.
Assist with stock take as and when required
Requirements:
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Personal Attributes:
Professional, reliable and trustworthy
Proactive problem solver
Ability to work independently and within a team
Health:
Required to be physically active, physically unassisted and medically fit and able to
perform the required duties
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable administrative clerk to support daily operations.
The ideal candidate will handle administrative and clerical tasks and provide support to the
management team.
Contract period: Permanent
Compensation: R144 000 pa CtC
