Our client is seeking a Administrative Clerk to join the Deal Party, Port Elizabeth team
Capture supplier invoices and credit notes accurately and promptly into the accounting system.
Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes to ensure accuracy.
Process payments to suppliers according to agreed payment terms.
Reconcile supplier statements with the company's records, ensuring any discrepancies are identified and resolved.
Prepare weekly and monthly payment batches for approval.
Ensure all relevant creditor documentation is filed and stored properly.
Allocate orders
Assist with payroll when needed
Requirements
Grade 12
Minimum 1 - 2 years experience,
Creditors experience essential
Payroll experience preferred
Proficient in MS Office,
Candidate must reside in Port Elizabeth
