Job Summary : We are looking for a full-time Administration Clerk who will report directly to the general manager at our factory in Montague Gardens. The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative and communication skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assisting the office/factory team with various tasks. Processing quotes and orders using our online software platforms. Ability to work with number. Accuracy is important. Liaising with clients and providing estimated times of arrival (ETAs). Printing orders/Job cards and stickers, and then collating these ready to go into the factory for production Invoicing. Managing supplier purchase orders and liaising with suppliers. Working with the Accounts team on tasks such as uploading invoices, checking pricing, and assisting with price updates on our systems. Performing general office and administrative duties. Salary and Benefits: Monthly salary: R9,500 - R10,500 p/m Quarterly incentive program for all office staff: Q1/Q2: 20% of salary as a bonus. Q3/Q4: 30% of salary as a bonus. Additional yearly target bonus: 70% of salary (pro-rata for the period worked) if the company reaches its yearly target. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years experience in an office environment doing administrative work Completion of Grade 12 schooling At least 2 or 3 contactable references for previous work experience Valid ID or work permit.
