Job Summary Key Responsibilities o Conduct daily outbound calls to customers across our branches to follow up on bookings, provide updates, and gather feedback on customer experiences o Sort, review, and verify employee documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness o Monitor Google Sheets daily, specifically tracking vehicle status o Identify and highlight vehicles standing for more than two days o Proactively follow up on delays by contacting the relevant branch manager, technician, or service advisor o Ensure that feedback received aligns with updates reflected on tracking sheets o Maintain accurate records and report discrepancies promptly Requirements o Strong administrative and organisational skills o Excellent telephone etiquette with a professional, confident manner o Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment o High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills o Presentable, well-spoken, and professional at all times o Comfortable working with Google Sheets or similar tools o Non-smoker preferred o Residing in or near Menlyn, Pretoria Personal Attributes o Reliable and responsible o Proactive and solution-oriented o Able to communicate clearly with customers and internal staff o Professional appearance and conduct Apply: email cv ,Subject: Administrative Assistant
