Job Description

Located in a beautiful, malaria-free reserve, this Lodge is looking to add an ADMINISTRATIVE / FRONT OF HOUSE ASSISTANT to their team
With only five chalets, the atmosphere is exclusive, intimate, and welcoming. They pride themselves on creating a home-away-from-home atmosphere where the staff's friendly and passionate approach is at the heart of their renowned hospitality. This is a unique opportunity to be the first point of contact for all guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay from the moment they arrive.
Candidate requirements:

  • Matric plus a formal Hospitality qualification is advantageous
  • Solid experience in Front of House operations is preferable
  • Computer literate, with strong / proven administrative capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and friendly, positive disposition
  • Ability to multitask, especially in demanding guest-facing scenarios
  • High attention to detail and the ability to take initiative
This is a live-in role, meals included while on duty. Also includes transport to-and-from Vaalwater (collection and drop-off point)
