Job Summary To qualify for this position, you need:
Matric.
Diploma or certificate in accounting - advantageous.
Own reliable transport and valid drivers license.
Minimum of 2 years experience gained in an admin driven role.
Strong admin skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
Excellent record-keeping.
Attention to detail.
Computer literate.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Financial Administration.
Contacting clients to follow up on information requests.
Maintaining ongoing client files.
Schedule meetings and appointments.
Preparation of confirmation Letters.
Timesheet reports.
Attend incoming and outbound phone calls.
Organize meetings and appointments.
Provide assistance to the Finance Manager and Accountants.
General administrative duties as requested.
