Job Description

Job Summary To qualify for this position, you need:

  • Matric.
  • Diploma or certificate in accounting - advantageous.
  • Own reliable transport and valid drivers license.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience gained in an admin driven role.
  • Strong admin skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written.
  • Excellent record-keeping.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Financial Administration.
  • Contacting clients to follow up on information requests.
  • Maintaining ongoing client files.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Preparation of confirmation Letters.
  • Timesheet reports.
  • Attend incoming and outbound phone calls.
  • Organize meetings and appointments.
  • Provide assistance to the Finance Manager and Accountants.
  • General administrative duties as requested.
