Responsibilities:
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and keep track of upcoming meetings and appointments
Record, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Maintain and update internal team members on client communications
Gather, compile, and distribute weekly and monthly client reports
Collect, organize, and maintain project documentation including scoping documents, contracts, and proposals
Gather API documentation and conduct research during scoping phases
Track project deliverables, deadlines, and ensure timely follow-ups
Update and maintain project management tools
Assist with tracking resource allocations across projects
Organize and maintain project files and records
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and other client-facing documents
Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to the Project Manager
Matric / Grade 12 Certificate (required)
Good command of English - both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana, Jira) - Advantageous
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
