Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and project support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Manage office communications, documentation, and filing systems (electronic and hard copy).
Coordinate diaries, schedule meetings, and prepare minutes as required.
Assist with procurement of office supplies, groceries, and meeting catering.
Monitor office equipment and report maintenance needs to the relevant department.
Perform general clerical tasks including typing, scanning, and copying.
