KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Book and schedule client appointments efficiently.
  • Arrange team logistics and manage daily routes.
  • Handle client queries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses.
  • Provide excellent client-facing communication and support.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Fluent in Afrikaans and English, both spoken and written.
  • Own reliable transport and a valid drivers licence.
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional.
  • Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.
