Job Description

Job Purpose
To administer, safe keeping and archiving member/customer contract information and Natis Documents.
Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member contract queries
  • Respond and resolve NATIS queries
  • Receive and file member information and documents
  • Archive member contract information
  • Adhere to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures
  • Report non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance
  • Complete Individual Development Plan. Attend learning and development courses
  • Participate in peer and team learning initiatives
Qualifications
  • Matric (Grade 12) (Essential)
  • Certificate in office administration(Advantageous)
  • Valid Driver's License Code 8 - Manual operated vehicle (Essential)
  • Computer Literacy-MS Office (Essential)
Experience
  • 2 years operational and administrative assistant experience in Financial Services and related industries
Knowledge & Skills
  • Cross-boundary, information search,
  • interpersonal relations, communication skills.
  • Filing and archiving records and documents,
  • Computer knowledge (MS-Word, Outlook)
