About the job Administrative Assistant (Processing Machinery/Packaging)
Our client specialises in the supply of Food Processing Machinery, offering South African-based sales, after-sales service, and technical support across the African continent. They pride themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and technical solutions to their clients.
Job Type: Full-time/Permanent
Location: Linbro Business Park, Johannesburg
Workplace: On-Site
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive (Sheets, Docs).
- Matric/High School Qualification (essential).
- Reliable transportation to Linbro Business Park.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language skills: Afrikaans is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and clearing agents to ensure smooth operations.
- Update and manage data sheets and other records.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties.
- Organise and maintain filing systems.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to support the team and management.
