Job Summary Administrative Assistant - Urology Practice (Hatfield) A well-established urology practice in Hatfield is seeking a reliable, organised, and professional Administrative Assistant to join the team. Key Responsibilities: o Scheduling and confirming patient consultations o Coordinating theatre bookings o Managing appointments using GoodX and Trimed o Reception duties, including answering calls and assisting patients o General administrative duties, filing, scanning, and record keeping Requirements: o Grade 12 (Matric) o Previous administrative or receptionist experience o Medical practice experience advantageous o Experience with GoodX and/or Trimed will be an advantage o Good communication and organisational skills Personal Attributes: o Professional and well-presented o Friendly, reliable, and punctual o Able to work efficiently in a busy specialist practice o Respectful of patient confidentiality Location: Hatfield Working hours: Monday to Friday To start asap or on 1 March 2026 To apply: Please email your CV
