Do you have a passion for administration? Are you enthusiastic and detail orientated? Our new purpose built. Port Elizabeth location, is now looking to recruit an Administration Assistant due to the increased workload of the Engineering department.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the office reception, including access control and mail receipt
  • Answer all calls clearly and professionally
  • Attend to all visitors and ensure that they are signed in and referred to the correct person as soon as possible.
  • Carry out general office support tasks such as reordering supplies
  • Liaise and support manager with scheduling and training administration
  • Provide travel and visa support
  • Update time and attendance registers
  • Coordinate office housekeeping
  • Generate purchase requisitions and track orders
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Grade 12 with relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
EXPERIENCE:
  • 2-3 years experience in administration environment
