Key Responsibilities include:

 Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry
 and managing correspondence

 Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service

 Assist in sales activities

 Perform basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and recording of
 transactions

 Maintain organised records and ensure data accuracy
xc2xb7
 Support the team with other tasks as required
Requirements:
xc2xb7 Proven experience as an
 administrative assistant or in a similar role.
xc2xb7
 Strong customer service skills
 and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
xc2xb7
 Basic knowledge of accounting
 and experience with Pastel accounting software would be an advantage
xc2xb7
 Proficiency in MS Office (Word,Excel,Outlook)
xc2xb7
 Excellent organizational and
 multitasking abilities
xc2xb7
 Strong communication skills,
 both written and verbal
