Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently with attention to detail
  • Answer and respond to emails professionally and promptly, demonstrating strong communication skills
  • Handle customer calls with a friendly and client-focused approach
  • Maintain accurate records and manage data on Pastel and Excel, showing reliability and accuracy
  • Take and manage bookings for events and services, using excellent organisational skills
  • Plan and assist with running monthly events, applying creativity and problem-solving abilities
  • Write, design, and distribute newsletters, demonstrating initiative and a flair for engaging content
  • Provide general support to the team as needed, working well independently and collaboratively
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. English essential; Afrikaans advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Pastel
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional, reliable, and client focused
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and detail oriented
  • Availability: Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 18:00 (every second weekend off)
