Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and documents
Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) for easy retrieval
Assist with onboarding processes and HR documentation
Assisting with screening
Track office supplies and place orders when necessary
Support compliance and record-keeping requirements
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Perform general office duties to ensure operational efficiency

Qualification
2 years administrative experience
Grade 12
Punctuality
Ability to work under pressure
