Maintain a clean, orderly reception and assist with office cleaning at all times.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly.
Take accurate messages and forward them to relevant staff.
Administrative Support
Can use the office suite comfortably, Word and Excel (will be tested)
Able to use the computer and various software with ease.
Can take minutes of meetings and draw up reports.
Able to create a daily to-do list and manage it effectively
Maintain stationery and office supply stock levels.
Monitor and respond to general company emails.
Forward inquiries to relevant departments.
Able to order and dispatch material to the relevant departments.
Record all incoming and outgoing parcels.
Document Control
Assist in recording and processing job cards, reports, and timesheets.
Electronically able to file and retrieve invoices and supporting documentation.
Support to Operations & Admin
Liaise with site teams and office staff to relay messages or updates.
Assist with basic data capturing or job tracking when required.
Requirements
Provide a professional and helpful first point of contact for the company.
He or she must be able to apply directly for the position and be contactable via email and direct contact number
Previous experience in this direct field will be advantageous
Must be able to travel to office daily.
Ideally living within within 10 - 15km from Ottery.
