Essential Requirements
- Valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle
- High school diploma or equivalent
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:
- Advanced formulas and functions
- Pivot tables and data analysis techniques
- Chart creation and data visualization
- Database management and accurate data entry
Core Competencies
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Previous administrative experience preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the cleaning industry is an advantage
- Familiarity with scheduling software and CRM systems
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
