Administrative Assistant (legal Practice Support)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Personal Assistant and legal staff handling RAF and medical negligence matters.
  • Prepare, scan, file, and organise client documents and court papers (both electronic and physical filing).
  • Assist with the opening, updating, and closing of client files on the system.
  • Liaise with clients, service providers, and third parties where required.
  • Schedule appointments, track deadlines, and follow up on outstanding documents.
  • Capture data and update internal records and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with general office administration, including reception relief, when required.
Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 / Matric essential.
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Experience in RAF or litigation practice will be a strong advantage.
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
