SSK currently has the following career opportunity in its Mechanization Department in Heidelberg. We are seeking a reliable, highly organized, and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our workshop team in Heidelberg, Western Cape. The ideal candidate must possess strong administrative skills and be comfortable working efficiently with various systems. This role encompasses the entire administrative flow of the workshop.



Responsibilities



The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Accurate handling and processing of job cards Daily management and processing of clock cards Invoices, receipts, and other critical documentation Timely and accurate processing of cash sales General administrative duties of the workshop

Requirements



A Matric (Grade 12) certificate is required Fluent in both Afrikaans and English A solid working knowledge of MS Office is required Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage Organizational capabilities and proven attention to detail Reliability, a strong work ethic, and good communication skills
