Role Description
This is a part-time (to Contract), on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Fourways. The Administrative Assistant will manage clerical tasks, handle phone calls professionally, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist executives with administrative tasks efficiently. The role includes managing office supplies, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication across teams.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
Organizational skills and an attention to detail
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
Previous administrative experience and a high school diploma or equivalent are preferred; a related certification or degree is advantageous
Willingness to learn.
Entry Level Job. Qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
