Role Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks including handling correspondence, managing schedules, maintaining office supplies, and providing general support to the team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (Advantageous)
  • Previous experience in a customer service or marketing role (Advantageous)
  • An interest or background in fashion and retail.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and website management (Advantageous)
Responsibilities
  • Manage and organise office operations and procedures.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Maintain and update company databases and records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organised.
  • Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities.
  • Use Photoshop and Lightroom to edit and enhance product photos.
  • Assist in the creation of visual content for social media, email campaigns, and other marketing channels.
  • Support the design and layout of marketing materials such as flyers and banners.
  • Help compile and send out newsletters to engage our customer base.
  • Update and maintain the company website with the latest product information and promotions.
  • Assist in creating and editing product images for the website and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Customer Support and Order Processing
  • Assist with processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, providing prompt and courteous support.
  • Handle product returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Interest in the leather goods or fashion industry.
