You'll bring:
Minimum 2 years' administrative experience.
A confident, friendly phone manner with excellent communication skills.
A professional yet personable approach - able to follow up effectively without being pushy.
Good attention to detail and reliability in managing multiple tasks.
Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, CRM systems, and e-sign platforms.
A "get stuck in" attitude - someone who can hit the ground running.
