A leading technical security company is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Stellenbosch office. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between clients, technicians, and suppliers while supporting our fast-paced operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a central liaison and coordinator between clients, technicians, suppliers, and management.
- Manage high-volume communications (email, phone, and in-person) in a fast-moving environment.
- Prepare, track, and follow up on quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and client documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate technician appointments, installations, and maintenance visits.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably in a technical or service-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Afrikaans advantageous).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Positive, professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
