DUTIES
Handle client interactions and enquiries
Process and manage online bookings via the company website
Schedule and confirm bookings with clients
Greet clients in a warm and professional manner
Provide general administrative and client support
Assist with basic invoicing and payment processing
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and manual)
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth arrangements
