Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Go to team meetings, take notes, and help with follow-up tasks.
  • Type and update documents quickly and accurately.
  • Help manage calendars and room bookings.
  • Contact regulators and other partners to set up external meetings.
  • Help ensure that the team is following the firms policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in Administration within a Professional Services environment.
