Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a healthcare practice. This role is designed to reduce the administrative burden on the founder, ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage patient inquiries, scheduling, and calendar coordination (Google Calendar).
Support billing and payment processes (Stripe).
Handle correspondence and provide basic operations support.
Assist with onboarding new patients and maintaining accurate, organized records.
Provide prompt and professional communication across channels.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Prior experience in healthcare or service-based industries (preferred).
Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace; QuickBooks experience a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.
