Key Responsibilities:
Handle general administrative and office duties.
Assist with client communication via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
Prepare and update client information and internal records.
Support the sales and marketing team with scheduling and follow-ups.
Organize meetings, appointments, and documents as needed.
Ensure the office runs efficiently and professionally.
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office, email, and basic admin systems).
Professional and friendly manner when dealing with clients.
Bilingual in English and Afrikaans (preferred).
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is an advantage.
