About the Role:


We're looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to help keep our office running smoothly. If you're someone who enjoys structure, communicates well, and can juggle different tasks without feeling overwhelmed, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Do:



Manage everyday admin and general office tasks. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp. Update client information and keep internal records accurate and up-to-date. Assist the sales and marketing team with scheduling, follow-ups, and basic admin support. Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and documents. Make sure the office environment stays professional, organized, and efficient.

What You Need:



Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable using MS Office, email, and basic admin systems. Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with clients. English & Afrikaans (advantageous). Previous admin or office support experience is beneficial.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: R4500,00 - R7000,00 per month

Benoni, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
