We're looking for an organized and motivated Administrative Assistant to join our close-knit team and support our operations.

Job Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include data capturing, maintaining organized filing systems, and providing essential administrative support to our property management team. You will help enhance our service delivery and maintain positive relationships with clients and tenants through your attention to detail and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist with daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Maintain organized filing systems for property documents, tenant records, and financial reports. Support property managers in scheduling appointments, coordinating property showings, and preparing lease agreements. Process rental applications, background checks, and lease renewals. Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoice processing and tracking payments. Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with vendors and contractors. Prepare reports and presentations for team meetings. Help maintain a positive office environment and contribute to team collaboration.

Qualifications:



Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with TPN Rentbook and Sage Accounting will be a plus. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: R6000,00 - R7500,00 per month
