What You'll Be Doing
Supporting several managers with daily admin and coordination
Reception and general office administration
Managing the maintenance team's diary, schedules and expenses
Handling tenant administration
Doing property viewings and managing rental applications
Assisting with stock control and record-keeping for retail outlets
Basic HR-related duties
Preparing quotes and assisting with procurement
Managing insurance claims and lending a hand with ad-hoc tasks
What You Need to Bring
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
Matric
Confident Excel skills and strong numeracy
At least 1 year of admin/office experience
A consistent work history (no frequent job changes)
Your own reliable transport + a valid driver's license
Must live in the Northern Suburbs
Working Hours
Mon-Thu: 08:00-16:30
Fri: 08:00-15:00
Occasional evenings or weekends when required
