Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Management
Supervise and mentor a small team of administrative staff, ensuring productivity and professional development.
Oversee office operations, including procurement, facilities management, and vendor relations.
Develop and implement administrative policies to improve efficiency.
Handle correspondence, scheduling, and internal communications.
2. Accounting & Financial Oversight:
Manage accounting functions using
Sage 300
, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
Prepare monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
Assist with audits and financial reconciliations.
3. Team Leadership & Support:
Conduct performance reviews and provide training for administrative staff.
Foster a collaborative work environment and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate with HR on staffing, on boarding, and policy adherence.
4. Process Improvement:
Identify inefficiencies in administrative and accounting workflows.
Recommend and implement technology or procedural upgrades.
Maintain documentation and SOPs for key processes.

Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration
, Accounting, or Finance
(CPA/CMA preferred).
Experience:
5+ years in
administration/office management
, with at least 3 years in an
accounting/finance role

Hands-on experience with

(or similar ERP systems).
Proven track record of supervising teams.
Skills:
